The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a firm fixed-price type contract for trash/garbage collection and disposal service from six (6) dumpsters, with pick-up three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and forty-eight (48) IHS owned quarters which have two (2) trash containers per quarters, with pick-up two times a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for the Quentin Burdick Comprehensive Healthcare Facility, 1 Main Street, Belcourt, North Dakota. All dumpsters and trash containers are IHS owned. Disposal of solid waste will be to a certified nonhazardous refuse site in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency guidelines. This Request for Quotation and resultant contract is a 51-100% Buy-Indian Set-Aside. This is a sole source Simplified Acquisition Procedure. (0002)
