Repair Natural Gas Distribution To Building 220 And 222. One Job. FOB: Destination, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. 61299-5000. The base quote work consists of the following features, but not limited to these features: 1. Remove exising Roots 5M rotary meter from basement tunnel in building 222 and salvage for reinstallation. This meter is on a 30 psi main. Remove existing EMCO diaphragm meter from beneath steps in building 222. This meter is on a 30 psi main. Provide welded pipe spoos where rotary and diaphragm meters were removed. 2. Remove existing diaphragm meter from building 91 and install salvaged Roots 5M meter from building 222. Dispose of diaphragm meter off the Arsenal. 3. Remove two existing weighted Fisher #26 regulators from basement pit in building 222. Remove two existing Fisher 703B regulators at stairs in building 222. Remove existing Fisher regulator from building 220. Provide wlded pipe spools where regulators are removed. 4. Excavate to expose 4" black iron, 30 psimain from horizontal underground transition east of valve number 102 to north wall of building 222. remove section of main between horizontal underground translationeast of valve number 102 and interior of building 222. Provide anode and cathodic test station. 5. Provide transition between 4" steel piping and new 3" PE piping, 3" anodeless riser, line valves, 16M rotary meter set, 30# unregulated service, 2# regulated service, 2.25# pressure relief regulated service leg, two wall penetrations, and welded steel piping between meter set and existing piping to remin on interior of building 222. 6. Provide 1" PE piping, 1" PE valve and box, anodeless riser, regulator and meter set, wall penetration, and steel piping between meter and existing piping to remain on interior of building 220. 7. Remove existing piping beween buildings 220 and 222 that traverses in the utility tunnel. Cap at building 222 as required. Delivery time is 75 calendar days.
