The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to acquire non-personal Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) by qualified Contractor's personnel who will be required to provide Contractor Field Services (CFS) for the purpose of informing, instructing and training Department of the Navy personnel in the installation, operation, and maintenance of the T58 engine, to include T58-GE-10/16/402/400B engine repair, aircraft/engine interface, associated gearbox repair and test cell operation (repair and troubleshooting) under Task Number 21041. The anticipated base period of performance is 17 March 97 through 30 September 97 with two, 12 month options and one, 5.5 month option for a total contract performance period not to exceed 36 months if all options are exercised.
