The contractor will be required to provide all labor, material, equipment and transportation necessary to perform the principal components of the work to a Telelect Commander II203K digger derrick. Vendors able to perform this requirement are invited to identify their interest and ability to perform. It is anticipated that a sole-source award will be made to Dalum's Utility Equipment Company (DUECO), of Watertown, SD, a licensed Simon-Telect Inc. distributor for the state of South Dakota. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency.
