U -- HEALTH PROMOTION AND WELLNESS PROGRAM POC Mr. Timothy W. Pugh, (703)681-0631, Contract Specialist Sources are sought by the National Guard Bureau for the implementation of a Health Promotion and Wellness Program for approximately 1,100 employees located at the Army Guard Readiness Center, 111 South George Mason Drive, Arlington VA 22204-1382. The program goal will be to encourage lifestyles that protect and improve physical, mental, emotional, social and health for these employees. The institution and integration of this program into the routine support functions of the Army National Guard Readiness Center is expected to provided an enhanced quality of life for employee participants, thereby maximizing personal readiness, efficiency, attendance and human and fiscal resources available. This program is expected to be developing multiyear program, initially involving only onsite employees but designed to include employee family members and some additional Washington Metropolitan Area Offsite employees of the Army National Guard within three years of program initiation. The program is anticipated to be developed and institutionalized on a model which may be exported to and utilized by any or all of the fifty-four state and territory Army National Guard organizations between years three and five of Army National Guard Readiness Center program initiation.The Government shall incur any costs for this information.
