This is a pre-solicitation notice to inform all bidders of the National Park Service's intention to solicit bids for Stage 1 Development of Fitzwater Maintenance yard Project. Work consists of demolishing five existing buildings; miscellaneous utility modifications and installation; construction of a fueling canopy; installation of 1600 feet of new serving railroad track; and installation of miscellaneous railroad tracks and crossings. This procurement will be awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program 100-656 (241). Accordingly, it is open to both small and large businesses. If the successful low bidder is a large business, a subcontracting plan shall be submitted and approved before award. Bids will be opened at Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area, 15610 Vaughn Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141.
