Service and support to include: 1. Maintain, monitor, and install T-1(1.544Mbps) data line. 2. Provide for a one time fee a router, firewall, and CSU/DSU (Government will own the equipment after the one time fee). 3. Firewall, router or combination of both will filter incoming and outgoing IP and IPX packets. Also the combination of both(firewall and router) will secure the LAN (Local Area Network) from incoming packets. 4. The firewall and/or router must be able to filter at the application level. 5. Install and configure firewall, router, and CSU/DSU. All equipment will be maintained by the LAN administrators of Military Family Housing. 6. Provide 2(two) hours of training for system set-up and maintenance. 7. Register domain name: MFHSD.Navy.Mil. 8. Install and configure netscape for one Windows NT workstation and one Windows 3.11 workstation. 9. Response time for data circuits failure will not be more than 4(four) hours.
