C -- A/E DESIGN; PARKING AND ROAD REPAIR SOL Proj 662-96-102 DUE 011097 POC Contracting Officer, Doug Hargrove (415/750-2066) Provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision required for the design of Project No. 662-96-102, Parking and Road Repair at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in San Francisco, California. Design work is to include development of a preliminary design for the work through final design, site visits during construction, and all services commonly associated with a project of this nature. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: 1) Specialized experience of the firm with the type of work required. 2) Capacity of the firm to perform the work within the time limitations. 3) Past record of performance on contracts with Government agencies. 4) Familiarity with the area in which the project is to be performed. 5) Geographic location and facilities of the working office. Firms desiring to be considered for the work should submit SF 254 and SF 255 on or before February 7, 1997. Construction cost range of this project is between $100,000 and $500,000. See Note(s): 1.
