Concerns having the ability for providing community residential corrections facility(s) services for male and female federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required to include care, custody, control accountability and treatment, including furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the geographically-defined area of Reno or Sparks, Nevada. Estimated total number of mandays are 10,950 mandays for the base period, 5,840 mandays for the first option year, and 6,205 mandays for the second and third option years respecitvely. Estimated RFP issue date is February 9, 1997. Contract base period is 2 years, with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated.
