The Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Space will present the 2nd Annual Space Strategy and Architecture Symposium on 11-12 February 1997 at the Crystal City Marriott Hotel, 1999 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia. Held in conjunction with the National Security Industrial Association (NSIA), this symposium will consist of a 1 day program and will again feature very senior level participants from government agencies as well as industry. The Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology, USCINCSPACE, the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Space, and the DOD Space Architect will make major presentations. An address by a senior representative of the Executive Office of the President is also being planned. Senior level panels will discuss: "The Architectures;" "Commercialization of Space;" and, "Internationalization of Space." Finally, a status update of the National Security Space Master Plan (NSSMP) will be presented. Programs and registration materials are available.
