Riese, (503) 945-3929 The Job Order Contract is a multi-discipline, Job Order Contract (JOC) which is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract. The JOC is primarily used for repair and maintenance/minor construction type projects. The Joc services are for the Oregon Air National Guard located at Kingsley Field IAP, Klamath Falls, OR. The Joc is a comprehensive collection of detailed projects using pre-established unit prices from the R.S. Means Facilities Cost Data Manual. Any one Delivery Order under this contract will not exceed $300,000.00. This JOC contract is for one base year with the potential of four option years to be exercised at the option of the government. Minimum dollar amount for any one year will be at least $ 5,000.00. Maximun Contract amount is $5,000,000.00. The aquisition of this contract will be procured using a Two-Step sealed bid process. Technical proposals will address the following areas: past performance and experience, home office location, company personnel and qualifications who will be used for this project, equipment owned owned by your company and quantities which will be used for this project, Experience using R.S. Means or other commercial cost estimating systems, and past government contacts.
