The Coast Guard has a requirement for aluminum honeycomb joiner bulkhead panels, for the U.S. Coast Guard 49 foot Stern Loading Buoy Boat (BUSL). The joiner panels shall be constructed in accordance with the General Notes as stated in the Coast Guard drawings and NAVSEA drawing 804-4623540. All panels to be furnished shall be .625" thick +/- .010" except for one panel which shall be an overall nominal thickness of 1.117" +/- .010". This will be a requirements type contract for a base year and four one year options. Estimated quantity for the base year is 3 shipsets; estimated quantity option years one through three is 8 shipsets and option year four, the estimated quantity is 7 shipsets. F.O.B.
