The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS), China Lake, CA is providing additional information in support of its intention to procure technical services for the Electronic Warfare Advanced Technology (EWAT) Program. As stated in the synopsis published 26 Dec 96, multiple awards are contemplated using IDIQ Task Order Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contracts. It is estimated that the maximum level of effort (LOE) for all orders issued under these contracts will be 239,600 hours. The minimum LOE for each contract awarded will be 4,000 hours. We intend to restrict foreign or foreign-owned contractors from receiving an award under this Request for Proposal (RFP).
