Industry comment is being sought on the Remedial and Preventative Hardware Maintenance Consolidation Effort Draft Statement of Work (SOW). For this procurement, the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7378 and the size standard is $18.0 million. At this time, the draft SOW, a sample annex (DMC equipment list), and general information is available at this time. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE; THEREFORE, ALL REQUESTS FOR A COPY OF A SOLICITATION WILL BE IGNORED. No contract will be awarded as a result of this RFI. Any questions or comments received will be taken into consideration in finalizing the SOW and solicitation. Responses to questions/comments will not be publicized. Vendors can dial into the electronic Information Technology Acquisition Bulletin Board System (ITABBS)and download the draft SOW and related documents. Information from the electronic bulletin board system will either be in ASCII or Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 format. The ITABBS can be accessed by any vendor through standard hardware and software. To access ITABBS, the necessary communications parameters are 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, with modem speeds of 1.2 -- 14.4 KBPS. ITABBS requirements will remain posted until the deadline has passed for submission of vendor proposals.
