An Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract will be issued. The residential homes will be 16' x 76, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with the guaranteed minimum of three (3) each delivered FOB destination Presidio, Texas. The delivery for the remaining (3) each (if ordered) will be FOB origin with the designated site provided at a later date. Delivery will be made by May 22, 1997.
