Description: The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) intends to negotiate an extenstion to an existing sole source contract with Calspan Corporation, 4455 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY 14225-1967, unless responses to this synopsis reveal other sources capable of satisfying the requirements. The contractor shall support the phase out of REDCAP testing at the Calspan facilities and provide for the transition and re-establishment of REDCAP equipment items and data (including classified data) to the Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) at Edwards AFB, CA, which is scheduled to commence October 1997 The contractor shall provide the engineering expertise to reconfigure and re-establish this equipment at the AFFTC as well as support the integration with the newly developed Digital Integrated Air Defense System (DIADS). Interested firms must submit clear and convincing documentation that clearly demonstrates the capability of their firm to meet the Government's requirement.
