The principal features of the work to be done includes removing concrete, railroad track, and utilities in preparation for onstruction. Construct and modify storm drains and gas lines. Construct a metal building addition to Bldg 315 complete with HVAC, interior and exterior finishes and related features. Repair HVAC for the adjacent part of existing Bldg 315 including installaion of an air conditioning/heating package and use of existing ductwork. Alter part of interior walls, ceilings and floors of existing Bldg 315. Completion time is 270 days. Solicitation packages are available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 per set.
