HIGGINBOTHAM (205) 235-7323 (Site Code DAAC01) This procurement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof for the construction of a Turret Demil Facility, Maintenace and Repair of Building 400, and furnishing a 30 Ton Bridge Crane. The work consists of furnishing a 4760 square foot metal building frame; 234 CY of concrete foundation; 16228 lbs bridge crane columns/beams; 4 EA Roll-up doors; 6 EA ventilation fans 4000 CFM; 4760 SF electrical; and, 130 CY drainage structure. Estimated magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $750,000. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Completion time is 270 calendar days from date of award.
