Higginbotham (205) 235-7323 (Site Code DAAC01) The work to be done consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof for the construction of a Bulk Storage Warehouse locatd in the East Area adjacent to Building 513, Anniston Army Depot. In general, the work consists of demolition of materials as described on the contract drawings; site preparation and excavation for the new foundation, along with site drainage around buildig; new concrete foundations, ramp, drop inlets, etc., along with all cut and fill required; new pre-engineered metal building; new roll-up door and personnel doors as required; new electrical lighting and power system; new fire suppression sprinkler system and FM alarm system; painting as shown on contract drawings and specifications; modifications to the existing building as shown on the contract drawings; and, modiications to chain-link security fence.
