Y -- OPEN-END PAINTING CONTRACT SOL 630-05-97 DUE 022497 POC Dorothy Jernegons Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary for on-call painting projects in various locations to be specified at the VA Medical Center, 423 East 23rd Street, New York, N.Y. all in accordance with specifications. Work shall include, but is not limited to: Surface preparation, priming, painting of uncoated and/or previously coated interior walls, ceiling, doors and windowsills with trim rails, stairwells, incidental piping and conduit and other incidental related work as outlined in the statement of work. Government will have the option of extending this contract for two additional years. Each work order shall not exceed $25,000, but limited to $100,000 for each year. Issue date on or about 1/24/97, Bid Opening Date 2/24/97.
