16 -- INCORPORATION OF AN/ALR-66(V)3 IMPROVEMENTS INTO THE AN/ALR-66C(V)3 POC Contact, Patrice M. Jones, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-95-G-0155. The order shall task Litton Systems, Incorporated to incorporate all the applicable B(V)3 inprovements into the C(V)3. The contractor shall also upgrade C(V)3 documentation. The administrative contracting officer will negotiate with Litton Systems, Incorporated, Applied Technology Division, 4747 Hellyver Ave., San Jose, CA 95150. Litton is sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the AN/ALR-66 and as such the only source with the expertise to perform this effort given the timeframe.
