This solicitation will be awarded on a noncompetetive basis to the original equipment manufacturer -- Ajax Electric Co. 60 Tomlinson Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 -- due to the proprietary nature of the interface between the furnace to be provided and the remaining furnace in the system.
