Ness, 407/380-4078; Contracting Officer, Alan Arblaster, 407/380-8170 The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division has a requirement for the analysis, design, development, production, and revision of training systems curriculum for existing and emerging general aviation weapon systems by utilization of the Instructional Systems Development Process (ISD). This requirement was previously synopsized on 23 October 1996. This requirement will involve determining parameters, lesson specification development, design and development of training systems, and development and revision of associated documentation for training system design and development. The procurement will be conducted on a full and open competition basis. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with multiple awards is anticipated. The period of performance will be 60 months. The contract(s) will be awarded on a best value basis following current FASA guidance. The awards will contain provisions for firm fixed price and time and materials delivery orders. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification(SIC) Code is 2741 and the respective small business size standard is 500 employees.
