A/E Design services due 02/07/97. A/E shall provide all materials and labor as requested to perform Project 691-97-111 B295 Replace Fuel Tanks Underground. Project scope of work: This project to include working drawings and specifications, including the services of a certified Geological engineer registered to practice in the State of California. To include Subsurface Site Surveys and design development, to determine the extent of structural damage to storage tanks and soil contamination. Will include site characterization, analytical program and a report indicating the extent of contamination. Report to include recommendation for replacement of tanks and soil toxic cleanup. Selection will be based on the following criteria: (1) Specialized experience in toxic cleanup and removal & replacement of underground fuel tanks. (2) Specialized experience and technical competence. (3) Past performance on contracts in terms of cost estimates, cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules. (4) Location in the General geographic area (5) Professional qualifications of firm and staff.
