Welch,202-366-4971 The Transportation Administrative Service Center (TASC) is soliciting interested sources with whom to partner in developing an Integrated Personnel and Payroll System that meets federal personnel and payroll requirements. In this arrangement, the partnered firm will provide the technical expertise and funding to develop the new system and TASC will provide the functional expertise. TASC and its selected partnered firm will submit a proposal to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). Upon project completion, DOT will have a system that meets its needs and the partnered firm will have a system available for marketing to other Government agencies. The system's functional capabilities should include (but not be limited to) electronic personnel action processing, payroll calculations, time and attendance processing, training and staff development management, automated record keeping and reporting, electronic routing of documents from initiation through execution, user access security, a robust management information reporting mechanism, and potential for interfacing with other systems as required. Firms interested in participating with TASC in developing this system should send a statement of capability along with relevant descriptive materials.
