The Sumter National Forest plans to contract for Hand Tool Precommercial Thinning work on the Enoree Ranger District, Laurens and Newberry Counties, South Carolina. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor and supplies for hand tool precommercial thinning on approximately 323 acres of National Forest land in accordance with specifications and provisions of the solicitation.
