This synopsis is an Amendment to an announcement made on 01 Jul 96. This requirement is to provide management of the vehicle operations and maintenance (VOM) function at Kelly AFB, TX, and all hosted activities. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, parts, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform vehicle operations, vehicle maintenance, and vehicle analysis of approximately 1653 vehicles as defined in the performance work statement. This requirement will be awarded using a Price/Performance Trade-Off Technique (PPT) Methodology. Period of performance will include one basic year and four option years.
