The Corporation for National Service seeks a contractor to provide expert professional and technical assistance in the area of: developing strategic and long range plans for the board of directors and senior management; coordinating grant application review process; analyzing program and administrative policies and drafting changes; resource development and fundraising; and program administration. Other functions will include: program planning and improvement; project troubleshooting; recruiting and selecting program participants; marketing, advertising, and press relations; staffing national and local conference and meeting; design participant training including curriculum and materials; team building and executive coaching; guidance and career counseling for participants; and evaluations. This solicitation is a 100% 8(a) set-aside. It is estimated that the period of performance for any contract resulting from this announcement will be three years from the date of contract award, one base year with two (2) 1-year priced options. It is critical that the selected contractor have the requisite experience, personnel and knowledge required to meet the objectives of the Corporation.
