Services to be provided are to facilitate the sale and/or restructuring of HUD-held and/or insured single-family and multifamily mortgages and Title I home improvement and manufactured housing loans, the Department needs assistance in determining which mortgages are marketable, preparing mortgage documents for sale, packaging and marketing the mortgages, solicitating subcontractors for credit reports, site inspections, environmental inspections, market studies, performing detailed seller due diligence, providing logistics support during seller and buyer due diligence periods, and in conducting auctions and closing transactions. This is a Section 8(a) Set-Aside Procurement. The SIC Code is 8721 and the Size Standard is $6.0 Million. The performance period is one year with three (3) one-year option periods. Multiple awards are anticipated. Indefinite Quantity contract awards are contemplated with a Minimum and Maximum of $500,000 and $30,000,000 respectively, per award.
