The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) intends to award a contract to a qualified contractor who can provide a Toll Free Fulfillment System, an 800 based information exchange which acts as a liaison between persons interested in becoming AmeriCorps Members and programs with general or specific recruitment needs for one (1) year with two (2) 1-year priced options. RFP 97-DWP-02 will be available o/a 01/30/97. Four major objectives: (1) provide, maintain and evaluate a set of three automated 1-800 numbers using GSA and FTS-2000, (2) provide public access, through the 1-800 numbers, to basic programmatic and application information for AmeriCorps and National Senior Service programs with the option to include another CNCS program in the future, (3) plan, conduct, and evaluate fulfillment tasks such as regular mailings in response to inquiries and direct mailing campaigns while managing mailing lists, source codes, and inquiry sorts, and (4) assess, revise -- if necessary -- manage, maintain and evaluate the TOLL FREE FULFILLMENT SYSTEM which includes date from inquiries, referral cards, mailing lists source codes and inquiry sorts.
