Description of Work: Work involves the repair and/or replacement of approximately 3,450 linear meters (12,000 linear feet) of existing underground sanitary sewer line through a combination of slip-lining or replacement with new lines. Also includes repairs to as many as 180 manholes and upgrades/repairs to mechanical and electrical and structural equipment at approximately four sewage lift stations. The work includes any required demolition, cleanup, and restoration of excavated sites to like new condition. Some sites may involve asbestos cement pipe. Some areas may involve disposal of contaminated soils excavated in pipe replacement process. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $40. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
