(903)334-2218 (Site Code DAAC79) PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE -- Red River Army Depot has a requirement for Repair of Fire Suppression and Fire Alarm Systems. The work to be done consists of furnishing all plant, facilities, labor, materials and equipment and performing all work in strictaccordance with the specifications and drawings. Work to be done includes, but is not limited to the following: Replace existing deluge systems in buildings 636, 1116, 1117, 1122, 1161, 1162, and 1163 with high speed (0.5 sec) or ulta-high speed (0.2 sec) eluge systems as specified. Contractor shall be required to hydraulically design and install these systems. Deluge valve location and piping layout is provided on project plans. Underground piping replacement from the street to the building will be required on many of these buildings. Repair wet pipe sprinkler system in building 1130. Replace or repair fire alarm systems in buildings 4, 15, 112, 187, 228, 286, 32, 345, 373, 376, 406, 407, 448, 468, 473, 490B, 493, 636, 922, 939, 957, 1116, 1117, 1122, 1130, 1161, 1162, 1163, and 1433.
