Bids may be made on any or all of the projects listed below: (A) Pakka-Nailang Road Completion -- Complete construction of redesigned portion of the Pakka-Nailang Road. Work to include installation of eight new culverts, 28 meters in length with a diameter of 80 centimeters; cut slopes in two locations and remove dirt and rock; gravel areas of road subject to erosion and supply rip rap to control erosion around culverts. (B) Nam Chong I -- Remove old concrete ford from site, construct reinforced concrete culvert box and approaches, 66 meters by eight meters. Install 130 cubic meters of rip rap for erosion control. (C) Nam Chong II -- Remove old concrete ford from site; construct new reinforced concrete ford and approaches, 65 meters by 11.20 meters. Construct wing walls to control erosion with approximately 118 cubic meters of rip rap. (D) Nam Ngom Ford -- Remove old concrete ford from site. Construct new reinforced concrete ford and approaches, 66 meters by 15.6 meters. Estimated 105 cubicmeters of rip rap required for erosion control. (E) Nan Kua Ford- Construct reinforced concrete ford and approaches, 60 meters by 9.20 meters. Estimated 135 cubic meters of rip rap required for erosion control. (F) Installation of Steel Baily Bridge -- Construct reinforced concrete piers for support of steel Baily Bridge and assemble bridge. Construct approaches to bridge and provide approximately 257 cubic meters of reip rap for erosion control. (Bridge supplied by Lao Government from another site.) (G) Construct Irrigation Reservoir -- Reservoir to be formed by construction of two earthen dams. Dam #1 to be 37 inches long and an irrigation canal 1,185 meters long. Dam #2 to be 27 meters long with an irrigation canal 1,164 meters long. (H) Hospital Annex Construction -- Construct a hospital annex building of concrete block and cement with a width of 9 meters and a length of 20 meters. The building will be divided into one patient room, one labor room, one operating room, one waiting room, one storage room, one laboratory room, and one bathroom with two water tanks. Bid to include installation of electricity and water supply and interior and exterior painting. (0009)
