System Command intends to issue a modification to an existing contract
with Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 405, M/S 3405,
Lewisville, Texas 75067-0405 for fabrication, assembly, testing and
delivery of Guided Missile-Launcher Test Sets (GMLTS), GMLTS Aircraft
Launcher Interface Computer (ALIC), spares and repair parts, technical
manuals, maintenance training and all associated technical data for
the United States Air Force (USAF), Navy and Foreign Military Sales
(FMS) customers. This modification will also provide an option to
increase the requirements outline above. TI is the designer, developer,
and sole producer of the HARM weapon system and the only known firm
possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to
