The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a need to acquire maintenance services for an existing PBX telephone system (Siemens ROLM Saturn IIE) originally installed in October, 1986. The system consist of: 236 ports, 148 single-line telephones, 36 multi-line telephones 2 attendant consoles 35 commercial trunks (including 4 off-premise extensions, eight (8) direct-in-dial trucks, 15 FTS2000 Lines, Telemate Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR) including a PC, Octel Branch voice messaging system, APC 2200XL Battery Reserve Power Back-up. The system is located in Portlan, Oregon. Period of performance is from award date with option to extend the service one (1) additional year contingent on availability of funds for Fiscal Year 1998. The maintenance services will begin as soon as the successful bidder has received proper security clearance. A walk-through of the site will be scheduled. This requirement will be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The standard Industrial Classified Code is 1731.
