This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) #70102. This solicitation is under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3663. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for ten (10) each GYYR Fastrans 2004R Video Receiver, ten (10) each GYRR Fastran 2004T Video transmitter, eight (8) each wall mount for FT2004T (Brand Name or Equal). Manufacturer: GYYR -- Specifications are as follows: The system must transmit real-time resolution color or monochrome video from a remote camera location to a monitoring site via standard dial-up analog telephone lines or digital telephone lines. The system must be compatible with the GYRR Fastran Systems. Video: Input-4 cameras, 1 volt p-p composite video, 75 ohm termination, NTSC (color or monochrome). Output-1 volt p-p composite video, 75 ohm termination, NTSC. Resolution-64OHx480x15 bits full frame. Display Modes-Full screen, quad, sequencing and freeze frame.
