Haley VA Hospital intends to purchase a quantity of 20 Bassinets to include tub and mattress to be delivered to Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. Vendors are requested to submit cost and information on Homewood Health Care Bassinets or equal, stock number 100-001B002; Lexan Bassinet Tub or equal, stock number 100-001BTONLY; and Bassinet Mattress or equal, stock number 100-001BMFM. Information on the products may be obtained from the distributor Micro-Tronics, Inc. at 800-283-4975. Also submit technical information ifthe proposed products are not Homewood Health Care products. The bassinets are to be use in a hospital setting and should be manufactured for such setting. Please indicate whether shipping charges are included in cost and if they are include please specify what the shipping cost are. The standard industrial classification code is 5047. This a total small business set-aside. Small business size standard is 100 employees.
