It is intended to award this contract to BICRON, Newbury, OH on a sole source basis. Based on a market survey, BICRON is the only company found that could provide components that meet our minimum needs that are compatible with existing accelerator end station. This equipment is a (Detectors) subcomponent of the "Electronics for NRA/FRES Analysis" replacement package.
