Renewal includes the following: Regular Software upgrades and bug fixes; corresponding manual or manual age updates; 24 hour response to fatal software problems. This award is being made under a sole source contract due to the proprietary nature of the software. No solicitation document exists and requests for such a document will be considered nonresponsive. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement including detailed pricing information that delineates the ability to meet the stated requirement.
