The Government intends to award a blanket purchase agreement for this requirement. This agreement will start 1 April 1997and extend through 31 March 2000. This agreement will include various raw subsistence items such as meats, vegetables, dairy products, fruits, dried and canned foods. Deliveries are required to be made to the Troop Issue Subsistence Activity point of contat at Camp Guernsey between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The exact delivery dates and times will be determined by the ordering activity at Camp Guernsey. Bid packages are being sought from all qualified businesses on and unrestricted basis. Bid packages will be available on 28 January 1997.
