Meehan, Contracting Officer, 617-377-7391, MeehanS@hanscom.af.mil. The synopsis published in Issue No. PSA-1690, dated Monday, September 30, 1996 is modified to include the following information. A Pre-Solicitation Conference for the AN/TPS-75 Radar System Shelter Replacement (RSSR) acquisition will be hosted by SM-ALC on Wednesday, 29 January 1997, beginning at 0800 hours Pacific Time at Building 250HH, 3140 Peacekeeper Way, McClellan AFB, Sacramento, CA. The Conference may continue through 30 January as required. The conference will be used to allow all prospective offerors to view an existing shelter used to house the AN/TPS-75 Radar System, and answer any questions regarding the acquisition. Photographs will be allowed. The Government contemplates setting this acquisition aside for small businesses only. Draft versions of the RSSR Acquisition Documents are posted electronically on the Hanscom Electronic RFP Bulletin Board (HERBB). HERBB may be reached at Hanscom's web site at http://www.herbb.hanscom.af.mil. We request that attendees review these draft documents and submit questions and comments in advance of the conference. Due to the incremental release of draft documents we recommend that HERBB be checked daily. All questions submitted via email will be consolidated. Questions and answers will be provided as hand-outs at the Pre-Solicitation Conference. All submissions will remain anonymous. Before and during the Pre-Solicitation Conference we encourage open interchange of information between the Government and our industry partners. Firms participating in the conference may be invited to participate in the development of the Governments Request for Proposal. There is no fee for attending the conference. All interested attendees shall provide their Company name, name(s), title(s), Social Security Numbers, and security clearance of all attendees (limited to 4), mailing address, and telephone numbers (both office and fax) by close of business 23 January 1997 via data-fax or email to: Lt.
