Contractor personnel MUST have a TOP SECRET SI/TK/G clearance or the ability to obtain one. The RFP is expected to be releasaed on or about 27 Jan 97, with proposals due 30 days thereafter. A pre-proposal conference may be convened. Date, time, and location for said conference will be stated in the solicitation.
