Swartzman, Contracting Officer Provide working drawings, specifications, construction cost estimate and construction period services to replace the lower east and west sides of the historically preserved Bldg. 1 slate roof, lower sheathing, lower roof rafters, sill plate, a flat roof and approx. 900sf of masonry parapet wall on the east side of Bldg., all located on the 5th floor. Estimated construction cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Area of consideration is restricted to firms located within a 100 mile radius of this Medical Center. This contract is set aside for emerging small business concerns. Concerns other than ESBs will not be considered. Firms desiring consideration shall submit recent SF 254 and 255 NLT 2/11/97.
