APIDS is a complex client/server application running on a UNIX SYBASE back-end and a Windows NT/Powerbuilder front end operating in the DIA SCI-high LAN environment. Multiple RAPIDS servers communicate through Sybase Replication. This application was custo-built for the Defense Intelligence Agency by CTGi to perform intelligence community program budget functions.
