Contractor shall refurbish a Tencor P-2 System that includes packing system for transport from Ft. Belvoir, VA to Factory site and from Factory to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and also to provide systems with Windows 3D Capability, Provide Combine Statistical Capability, Exchangeable Measurement Head, Microhead Stylus 0.1 -- 0.2um, 70 Degree, Calibration STD, 9400A and installation and calibration of refurbished instrument. It is intended to award this contract to to Eastern Scientific, MD on a sole source basis. Eastern Scientific is the only licensed regional Tencor representative. Tencor is the sole legal source for the refurbishment as they hold all patent and copy rights. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation by facsimile to D.
