The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a full and open competitive requirement for a Commercial Facilities Management (CFM) contract to be performed on-site in the Washington, D.C. area. The services to be included in the CFM contract are: Audio/Visual Services, Custodial Services, Electrical Alterations/Cabling Services, Elevator Maintenance Services, Lanscape Services, Locksmith Services, Mail Services, Messenger Services, Motor Pool Services, Moving/Receiving Services, Operations and Maintenance Services, Painting (Cyclical) Services, Parking Management Services, Space Alterations Services, and Security Services. The maximum term of the contract shall not exceed five years.
