Grimsley, Contracting Officer, (202) 514-3420 The Immigration and Naturalization Services published a synopsis on December 16, 1996 indicating its intention to issue RFP HQ-97-03. The RFP is to solicit a contract for comprehensive Base Operating Support Services at the INS Satellite Training Facility in Charleston, South Carolina. A single award, to cover a base period and four option years, will be made to the offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The issuance of this RFP, scheduled initially for the end of December 1996, and subsequent Pre-Proposal Conference, has been delayed. INS now anticipates issuance on or about January 27, 1997 with a possible closing date on or after February 28, 1997. Pre-Proposal Conference will be scheduled approximately 10 to 14 days after date of RFP issuance. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business Concerns, has a SIC Code of 8744 and a size standard of $20 million dollars average annual gross receipts over a three year period.
