This research effort involves the preparation characterization and analysis of Group III Nitrides with the eventual goal of fabricating UV Blue range of optoelectronic devices using Hall effect, deep level transient spectroscopy, photo luminescence measurements. The research associate must have doctoral degree training completed within the past 5 years in physics, materials science or electrical engineering.
