The Medical Center will award leases to no more than three (3) firms. All installation costs, including but not limited to Engineering and construction costs, shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor. Contractor will be responsible for assuring compatibility with all existing equipment installed at the Medical Center. Information in the proposal shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Statement of the number and size of the proposed antenna. Include a picture of the antenna. 2. Statement or drawing detailing the size and configuration of base station. 3. Statement that equipment and materials used do not contain hazardous chemicals or materials. 4. Estimated electrical needs. This lease will have one (1) base year and four (4) option years. (0009)
