Project scope includes the interior renovation of four (4) modulear dormitories to convert to the 1+1 air force standard. Work to include the demolition of interior walls and bathrooms and construct new walls, bathrooms and kitchenettes, remove and relocate exterior stairways for each module to the end of the buildings and construct exterior balconies on the second and third floors of each three (3) story building. Dorms are located on Luke Air Force Base Arizona. The magnitude of all four dorm conversions is between $5 million and $10 million. Each dorm shall have a 240 day performance period with no more than two (2) dorms out of service for conversion at one time. Sic: 1542, Size Standard: $17 million.
